These prints are a childhood dream come true for me. 

Sublime is a band I’ve been listening to for a long time. It has been my dream to do art for them ever since I was a teenager. 

The design was revised many times over for a period of 8 months. Much planning, dedication, and time went into this one. 

I decided to title this print “TEN FEET OVERHEAD”, which is a line from the song “BADFISH.” 

A sun-headed figure plays guitar as the waves crash over him. The sun (him) is shining, the colors are bright. The fish are out to play. He’s smoking some dank shweed. Some cigarettes. He already polished off a 40oz. Graffiti lines the beach walls of LBC. The city shines in the background. This print to me, is pure nostalgia.
