When will my print arrive?
Paper prints- For U.S. customers, please allow 4-6 weeks for arrival of your order, as this is a one man operation and prints are shipped out weekly. For all customers outside the U.S., your shipment should arrive within 8 weeks.

Where will my print/s be shipped from?
All prints are shipped from the local post office where I live in Phoenix, AZ

What kind of paper is my print printed on?
All my prints are printed on Arches Aquarelle, cotton rag paper. The paper weight is 310 GSM and lasts for over 200 years!!! The paper/process are very expensive, but you will absolute get your money’s worth with each print.

What if my print comes damaged?
Please shoot me a message through the Contact page of my website. I will happily refund you or send you a replacement print.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes I do!
